TDC Gold Gasket Set
Warranty Term & Conditions

1.
TDC Gold gasket set carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on the cylinder head gasket and the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase;
2. This warranty is valid only for Products that are purchased new and unused
(a) in Malaysia; and
(b) sourced from authorised dealers
The Customer must provide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with the above conditions to receive any services under this warranty. The customer must also register their warranty at www.tendaimalaysia.com no later than one month from the date of purchase. Failing which, TDC Gold reserves the right to reject the warranty claim from customer.
3. The warranty for the cylinder head gasket ONLY applies where a damage is occured at the fire ring of the cylinder head gasket during the Warranty Period.                        

4. The warranty of the head gasket does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
(a) abuse, mishandling during assembling or storing;           
(b) used in modified engine or unsuitable engine other than specified in the product label;
(c) use of the Product with unsuitable silicone or other liquid;
(d) shipment or other transit.
5. This warranty does not cover:

(a) the delivery charges to and from the purchaser or dealer;
(b) any loss, repairing cost or consequential damage incurred due to the faulty manufacture, workmanship, damage of the cylinder head gasket.
(c) repair or replacement of the Product damaged during transit to or from TDC Gold; or
(d) any loss or consequential damage incurred while the Product is being repaired/ claimed.
6. TDC Gold excludes all liability in respect of the Product for any other loss which is not reasonably foreseeable from a failure of this Product.
7. For making a warranty claim, customer must provide the damaged head gasket and original proof of purchase to TDC Gold. If the warranty claim is not accepted:
(a) TDC Gold will inform the Customer;
(b) if requested to do so by the Customer, TDC Gold will repair the Product provided you pay the delivery charges and usual charges for such repair.
